What Comes with Your Booth

Booths are standard 8'x10' spaces. each booth includes an 8' high back wall, 3' high sidewall dividers and one-line identification sign. The Monterey Conference Center Exhibit Hall is carpeted.

Booth purchase includes:

  • Company name and product description in conference materials
  • Booth identification sign
  • Lead retrieval
  • Four badges for booth personnel per 8'x10' space
  • Lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday
  • One ticket to attend the Business Meeting & Luncheon on Wednesday
  • 24-hour security service
  • Daily aisle maintenance
  • General overhead lighting

Assignment of Space

Preference for booth location will be based upon arrival of application with paid deposit and first request for booth location. Priority is given to LeadingAge California Associate Members.

Exhibit Decorator

Space furnishings, electrical needs, floral arrangements, additional signage and labor for set-up and dismantling is to be ordered on forms provided in the exhibitor service kit, which will be emailed by the official decorator to all exhibitors approximately ten (10) weeks prior to the exposition.

Registration Fees and Deadlines

  • FIRST TIME EXHIBITOR DISCOUNT: $300
  • ADDITIONAL BOOTH DISCOUNT: $250
  • DEPOSIT PER BOOTH: $500 (non-refundable)


Hotel

LeadingAge California has reserved a block of rooms at the Portola Hotel & Spa at negotiated rates. Reservations will be accepted after January 31, 2017.

BEWARE OF HOTEL SCAMMERS

As the date of an event draws closer, exhibitors and attendees are from time to time subjected to improper solicitation from individuals, unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. It has come to my attention that this type of activity is occurring in regards to our upcoming conference. If you are contacted by someone creating an urgency for you to book a room and ask for credit card information while on the phone, DO NOT give this information out.

The Portola Hotel & Spa is the only official LeadingAge California host hotel and they will never contact you to make a reservation. Only reserve rooms through your trusted meeting planner or secure hotel reservation link provided by the meeting planner. Any offers from individuals, other hotels and/or housing agencies are not endorsed by LeadingAge California. If you are ever unsure whether or not something is legitimate, contact us first before providing your personal, company or any other financial information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booth space for any reason must be received in writing and is subject to the refund schedule and terms shown below. Refunds will not be issued to exhibitors who do not exhibit. Transfers and/or substitutions are not allowed.

On or before December 31, 2016 - Refund minus $500 non-refundable deposit

After December 31, 2016 - No Refund
